Reforestation
Reforestation is vital to the earth. With more and more trees being cut down, there will be many negative changes to the ecosystem including climate change, increased wildfires, and droughts. Without trees, areas will become drier, which is dangerous to both people and animals in the area. This can lead to the extinction of many forest-species. Trees also play a huge role in the water cycle. Trees are needed for transpiration to operate, which is the process of plants releasing water-vapor into the atmosphere through their leaves.
Ways we can support reforestation:

- Planting a tree on your own property.
Here's a guide from treesaregood.org! https://www.treesaregood.org/treeowner/plantingatree

- Volunteering for a reforestation project (some are listed below).

- Donating to organizations that plant trees.
